Generally, they can be installed at any position on the pipeline, but it should be convenient for operation and inspection. Note that the medium flow direction for globe stainless steel elbows should be from the bottom of the valve disc upwards. Stainless steel elbows can only be installed horizontally. When installing stainless steel elbows, attention should be paid to the seal to prevent leakage, which could affect the normal operation of the pipeline.

3. When using ball valves, globe valves, and gate valves in stainless steel elbows, they should only be used for full opening or full closing, and not for regulating flow. This prevents erosion of the sealing surface and accelerates wear. Gate valves and top-screw globe valves have a reverse seal device. When the handwheel is rotated to the highest position and tightened, it can prevent the medium from leaking from the packing area.

4. Use the handwheel for stainless steel elbows, and do not use levers or other tools, as this may damage the valve components. Clockwise rotation of the handwheel closes the valve, while counterclockwise rotation opens it. Use them reasonably to ensure the correct methods and means of operation.

5. The bolts of the valve packing gland for stainless steel elbows should be tightened evenly and should not be tightened unevenly, which could damage the valve stem movement or cause leakage.

6. During the use of stainless steel elbows, they should be kept clean regularly. The transmission threads must be lubricated periodically. If a malfunction is detected, use should be immediately stopped, the cause should be identified, and the fault should be eliminated.
